About this project
A UX task analysis is a method of analyzing how users perform a particular task or series of tasks. It involves breaking down the task into smaller steps and evaluating each step to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement in the user experience. The results of the analysis can be used to inform design decisions and improve the overall usability and effectiveness of the product.
In this UXTA, we address the issue of untraceable rework performed by both internal and external workers.
Reframed simply:
Where'd all the money go? VS. Where could it have gone?
We don't have the ability to see how much revenue is lost to rework.
It eats into profits and we don't have the tools to recognize either the specific
incidents or the larger predictive patterns.
How many salaries are lost over our inability to identify predictive patterns?
How many more opportunities for growth and reinvestment might we see if some
of the losses are recouped?
